Don't worry if your diploma has gone on an adventure of its own! While we don't issue duplicate diplomas, your official high school transcript is the legal document that proves your graduation. Your transcript has all the important details that colleges and future employers need!

Chico Unified is making the process easier than ever with our new Parchment online request form. We're excited to offer this service because it makes ordering transcripts smoother for you, more efficient for your school and ensures your transcripts arrive at the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

Who Can Request Transcripts?

Once you're a legal adult (18 years or older), you'll need to make the transcript request yourself. Just a friendly heads-up: for adult students, parents/guardians, spouses, or other family members can't request records or transcripts on your behalf.

Need Assistance?

If you're a current Fair View High School student, just reach out to our counseling office. If you're a minor (under the age of 18), your parent/guardian can also make this request for you at your current school.
